My complaint:

I frequently shopped at this location and spent about $50 every time I went until one day an employee accused me of shoplifting based on something a customer said. I was humiliated! What’s more is after I was done shopping I stayed in the store because I forgot an item and was going back for the item until she accused me of shoplifting. She stood there and checked my child’s stroller only to find nothing. It was a terrible experience but when I went back to shop I was confronted by the manager who yelled at me and told me that I could leave the store when I did nothing wrong. I left and I haven’t been there in months. The store is the closest store to my house and I spent good money there. Their staff made me feel like a criminal and even told me to leave when I did nothing wrong. Something needs to be done about this. Iam a paying customer. I have never felt so bad in my life.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

They need to issue a formal apology to me for how they treated me and my children. I'm not a thief and neither are my children. I was humiliated for no reason.
