My complaint:
You have signs on the door that everyone must wear a face mask before entering the store, That is great I really appreciate that because of the virus, when you get in the store no one including the Manager don’ t wear a mask of no kind, any day you enter the store no one has on a mask and that is not safe for the public either. You probably would say just don’t shop there but I like several of the items that you’ll carry. I just thought that I would bring this to you’ll attention, I am not the only one that fills this way.
Suggested solution:
Enforce your rule if the customers has to wear a mask than surely your employees should be wearing some type of face gear at all times whole customers are in the store as well.
