My complaint:

Manager Alan refused to take manufacturer’s coupon for Breyer’s gelato ice cream sent to me from Unilever to replace damaged product. Manager stated that he was not taking any coupons over $2, I left there feeling like I was trying to steal

Suggested solution:

GIVE Manager customer service training ASAP and take manufacturer's coupon for whatever products you carry
