My complaint:
I visited your Family Dollar at 2219 Brundage Lane on Monday, November 9 around 4pm. I was attempting to purchase the Axe product for men. Okay under the product on the shelf it said $5.. now when I got to the register the gentlemen said to me it was $10. I told him they were underneath the $5 sign. So he went and looked himself and saw that their was a bunch of them under the $5. So he went back to the registered and said to me he had to sell them for $10 because someone must have moved them. I said to him that is not my fault. by law you are suppose to charge the customer the sale price of the item. he told me no and it was not his fault either. He said to me I had to pay $23 for them both. I said I don’t think so and I walked out very upset. you have lost a very good customer because I shop at the Family Dollar at least 3 times a week because it right around the corner from my house.
