My complaint:

I went to the family dollar in tooele ut and gave the cashier my per paid chime card and ask her to load 20 dollars so she swiped my card the to my cash headed me my card and recipes so when I went to use my card the next day there was no money I went and got the recipe and she had changed me for a 20 Verizon card I don’t even use Verizon so I went into the store and told the manager and I was told there are no refunds on prepaid items. Yes I read that but I didn’t ask to buy that item
