My complaint:

I started working for the company when I was going through a very difficult time, had went through a divorce after 10 years and 3 children, moved in with my older brother and mother who have health issues. I was beyond nervous when I started had only been a teacher for the past 10 years so I stared at the bottom, took my job and position very serious. Put my life on the line countless of times being threatened and cursed at from irate customers. Was promoted to ASM less than 6months due to my work ethic customer service. Then after a year my ex husband and I decided it was best for us to give one more try rather than just give up so we bought a new home in mesquite in March I had been telling my SM and DM to prepare for my transfer they made it very clear they were sad to lose me at our store but proud that I was still staying with Family dollar. But the DM that sadly owns many stores in Balch springs, mesquite, seagoville and surrounding areas she continue to not reply to any phone calls, text messages or emails from myself, or coming from my SM and DM both got No reply at all! A few of her stores I applied at needed an ASM but she continue to deny my transfer but refused to give any sort of explanation or reasoning why?!? I was trying to stick it out and continue going to work 28minutes away 25 miles but by August I couldn’t when I tried begging and asking them to realize how much I loved and appreciated and was proud of my position and title with family dollar, would always be willing to go above and beyond, never called in or complained, never had a write up but she continue to refuse me supposedly based on our shrink value

Suggested solution:

I would like this said DM to be reviewed, many of her SM told me countless times it had been months on end before they saw her in person, she has a history with them of not answering calls or emails, what kind of DM are you to not respond?! Or check up on your stores in person??? And she had no right to deny my transfer based on my shrink value that's not directly based on ME
