My complaint:
So I bought some toys the other night that were on clearance and when I got home and gave the packaging to my son who both our surprise there was no transformer bot in the round packaging and the back of it had been previously ripped open then carefully placed back together to look as if everything was ok. So here is where the problem starts to come into effect cause the cashier and his lazy was work ethic had never fixed the receipt printer for got knows how long so did not get a receipt even after asking for one was not provided with a but at that moment he did fix the printer cause had no choice but to what effect it did me cause still no receipt. So now I’m out money and toy and no routes to take but I tried to go back to store today and return or exchange and the outcome in which I knew was gonna happen took place cause I got nothing back but just the feeling of being robbed and as well as feeling shity for letting down my son so while there I tried to buy spray paint like I have there on numerous occasions and have never had any problems and never had to show ID, but this time lady wants ID in which I’m 32 years old and don’t feel the need to have to show cause it’s no law or any type of illegal activity to buy spray paint. But after I stood there for 10 mins in line while the cashier made jokes and comments to the other employee that was just standing there doing what I can only imagine was the bare minimum for her job duties I am now being told I can not purchase spray paint because if the register asks for ID then there is no way to get around this majestic phrase of family dollar complete incompetence employee. In which I have many problems with this situation because like I said I have never before been IDed for this item but now because I was trying to return something in which I was in my rights to but because of the incompetent employee from the first visit I am stuck with no item no money back and now can’t buy the items in which I need for this second visit so I ask what can be done at this point in which makes me even want to ever step into a family dollar store ever again because honestly nothing is gonna be done about either one of the situations and I am going to be ignored and brushed under the rug in which Is the whole problem with society and is why people end up finally saying enough is enough and then go climb a cell phone tower.
Suggested solution:
Close the stores because seems there is no one capably available to do their job and or hire one below them to get and do the job correctly. So the solution to the problem would be prevent any other situation from arrising and closing doors and just ,forget about even being a part of society wnd quit life cause its only illegal if they fail and they have failed at every other apect in which they have made an effort to help consumers but just failed miserably. So my suggested solution would be quit while your behind cause you never got any where close to in the front
