My complaint:
Went in today to by one thing, and had a line of twelve people waiting to check out! Three employees were in a huddle goofing off and one checker. Seems to me that waiting on your customers would be important, but didn’t see a manager. I will not go in to your store again! Waiting for 30 minutes to check out when you had employees and empty registers! Bad business!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Put more people checking customers out!!!!
