My complaint:
I was shopping at the gaffney sc location and there was a customer There that had a visible physical disability and needed a shopping cart for his items I asked him if he needed any help and he said he needed a shopping cart but. Couldnt find one.so I went to find one for him and there wasnt one except for the one being used by another customer ,so I asked the manager who was standing nearby stocking the shelf if there were any shopping carts because the customer needed one and her response was We only have 3 shopping carts my response was he really needs one she replied We only have 3 . I would like to know what happened to the shopping carts they used to be plenty stored at the front of the store near the exit door. did they start hidding them in the back room of the store? and by the way the line was long people in line holding there stuff in their arms waiting to check out.We the customer need shopping carts .
Suggested solution:
Get more shopping carts !! 3 shopping carts is not enough for a store that has a large customer base.
