My complaint:

I have called four phone numbers for your corporate office many times over the last two months and have not received any call backs from your office. I have had a problem at one of your stores two times and I have been wanting to talk with your district manager for east kern county California. Since I have not heard anything from your corporate office I very much wants to speak with someone at your executive office.
I look forward to specking with someone in a timely manner. I look forward to hearing form you soon.

Suggested solution:

By having a much better public relations department, by having employees phone people back, by training all employees how to deescalate situations before they get heated andor get out of hand.
