My complaint:
I shop at this family dollar regularly, usually it is a pleasant place to shop. Recently there has been a new employee, name is Toni, who makes sure she tells everyone she is the new manager constantly. She calls the female employees bitches in front of customers, and refers to male employees and customers as niggaz constantly. As an educated black man I am appalled at this manager. It is very convenient for me to shop there as I live in the neighborhood, but until the disrespect stops(this unprofessional and extremely ghetto new manager being removed) I can’t bring myself to shop here. There is a dollar General about 8 more blocks away and a Wal-Mart about a mile away. If there is a GM or district manager who is not aware of this manager’s vocabulary, he or she should be brought up to speed. Again, me and my family will not shop at a place where the employees and customers are referred to as bitches and niggaz.

Please remove this employee from this location andor take necessary steps to have the manager Toni trained on the difference in working in a professional setting and being at a night club. She is the most unprofessional and hideous employee i have EVER come into contact with at family dollar
