My complaint:
Your associate Luz N is very rude every time I come to this family dollar this lady literally will throw my items and she always has the music in her phone super loud very unprofessional. She need someone to put her in her place and learn how to treat the customers.
Suggested solution:
Have a good conversation about her not being professional in her job field and turn that music off
