My complaint:
One particular associate is so rude. She should not work in the public with such a bad attitude. Today, she told me not to put the small Family Dollar cart on the counter because I will knock down the batteries. I was not going to knock down the batteries but had had no where to put it and I was trying to pay for my items. I’m too old to bend and put it on the floor and I don’t mind putting it back in the rack on the way out of the door. Or a good associate would just take the carry cart. Instead she was really loud and rude to me. Last visit this same associate yelled at me when I paid for my items and said very loudly put the money in my hand, not on the counter! Well in case she does not know it is a PANDEMIC and I don’t want to touch your hand or anyone’s hand. In addition, I was reaching for change so there was no need to yell at me. I know I can’t be the only one that she does this to. The other associate working just shook his head when she did this. I frequent this location almost daily and do not want associate to loose her job, because people need their jobs. But this definitely needs to be addressed. She represents a company that would not agree with this behavior and is not good customer service at all.
Suggested solution:
This unacceptable behavior should be addressed with the associate immediately.
