My complaint:
It is embarrassing how people like this get a job in stores like this.I honestly expected well trained staff .A store associate that goes by the name crystal is very rude.I visit that store often to buy dipers and I often see her most of the time she is on her phone and taking phone calls like come on how crazy is that she sits there like she’s in the couch of her house.She has a very rude stare and does not have any nice customer service she is located on the one in east la on Olympic she is tall and skinny with back hair.Iam honestly tired of her working there some of my family members that go there have had the same experience with her.
Suggested solution:
Get her well trained because she is very rude or simply just fire her or get her in a position as a receptionist since she’s always on her phone
