Family Dollar complaint: No return without receipt

My complaint:

I asked for my receipt to be emailed to me I didn’t receive anything in top I drive way back to this store and the idiot manager would not return or exchange my bra pack and underwear pack she said it loud so far very on can h ar we do t accept longer at returns anyway. I was trying to exchange or return it and it was unnecessary to make a show I didn’t even have the bag and she kept looking at me weard . It was a day ago . I read o line they do accept returns and I also put in my phone number during check out to ask for a receipt. This was on levick and rissing sun northeast phila pa 19111

I want to be refunded I want my receipt sent to me like I requested when u checky out on top I got a damn 25$ pay king ticket b cause the idiot managers computer for stuck and she took an hour to check a lady out with her card in front of me...today I go back pay the meter only for her to make a announcement in the store in front of every one embarrassing me I never go to this site ire or bring anything back but online it says they do accept returns with no receipt or exchanges so I don't see what the broken is it was a two pack sports bra and a three back booty shorts she talking about Langeray I didn't buy Langeray they don't sell that in a dollar store 25$ later the items don't fit on top a 25$ ticket and I can't even return it after driving way back there .
