My complaint:
Not for nothing but I’m disappointed. After years of shopping at Family Dollar, because I live right next door so it’s been my go-to corner store, I’m a little pissed. For so long the $5 coupon would be good for a week at a time. In the past few months – at a time when many consumers are struggling with finances – this is the third time I’ve went to use the coupon only to not have it show up; the cashier tells me it’s only to good for one certain day. Which, when I look at the coupon on my phone, it’s typed soo small and it’s blurry. If I wasn’t already told, I wouldn’t be able to tell what it says. I’m constantly clipping coupons and they almost never apply to the products that are available in that store.
