My complaint:

My husband has severe asthma. This is the 2nd time that he has been harassed by the same two ladies. We have lived in Alvarado over 19 years and frequently shop at your store due to convenience. There is an African American and a white elderly lady that has harassed my husband for not wearing a mask. You do not have to wear a mask if you have underlying conditions. The elderly white lady has humiliated my husband two times now. There is not a law to wear a mask and she has berated him twice now. He explains that he can’t use them and she always threatens to not check him out. This has got to stop. We do have hippa laws and according to ADA act, he does not have to tell her and the whole store his medical conditions. She has no right humiliating anyone that does not have on a mask. This happened today 12132020 at about 4:30 P.M. I have seen many people not wearing a mask. It is proven that masks don’t work.

Suggested solution:

She should have a reprimand on her or I would even say let her go. We don’t need people like that working in our little towns store.
