My complaint:

I walking to family Dollar with my home attendant and I asked one of the employees do we have to check in a shopping cart and the employee had an attitude and said I can leave it but no one will watch it as I finish shopping I stood on line approximately 10 minutes first they had two registers open then one of the employees walked away from the register and was left with only one employee on the register the line was extremely long I had three people in front of me in about eight people in back of me as I was speaking to my home attending telling her about the lack of employees that you guys have one person at the register by the other two was doing God knows what the Lady working the register came out which wa I had three people in front of me in about eight people in back of me as I was speaking to my home attending and telling her about the lack of employees that you guys have one person at the register while the other two was doing God knows what. I’m in the middle of my Conversation with my home attending the lady at the register intervene and made a statement that the other Employee was eating I told her that wasn’t the point the line was extremely long no one was social distancing and all three Employees including the manager did not have on a face mask the lady at the Register was very rude n stated that they had Eat meanwhile the I need to say that he was in the restroom and that it’s the first of the month .

Suggested solution:

I feel like you should talk to your employees and let them know that they should leave whatever issues they have a home at the door a family dollars So your customers wont get the attitude I feel like you should also educate them on how to social distance the employees and the customers that enter the store . Store was not in good Condition, very messy ,short staffed ,rude staff
