My complaint:
I have become a fairly regular customer to store 8493 since moving to the area. In the last month I have noticed the store does not have AC running. A clerk has told me it has been out and reported. So since I have had a heart attack a few years ago and the store was uncomfortable, I had to leave. You are not being fair to employees, nor to customers, to have to experience uncomfortable conditions.
Until this issue is resolved, my family and I will no longer visit any Family Dollar Dollar Tree stores.
Suggested solution:
Fix the AC unit immediately.
