Family Dollar complaint: Unacceptable Customer Service

My complaint:

I walked in the door with the cashier and manager fussing with an older gentleman. It was a sign on the door stating Exact cash or debit transactions only. Apparently he didn’t notice the sign. I get to the register the cashier and the manager or disputing about the cashier and someone she had a problem with, the cashier stated she’s from Kenilworth and she’s not afraid the manager is edging her on. Never did I get a any sort of acknowledgment. I had to tear off my receipt from the register!! I’ve shopped in this store from the day it opened and I’ve never experience such horrible customer service..

Suggested solution:

You really need new Management!!
