My complaint:

First off, neither my brother nor I were greeted upon store entry. When I was paying for my purchases, I was told an item I specifically wanted, a small bag of cotton candy, could not be bought because it was ‘off the market’ – yet it was on the shelf when I picked it up. The cashier bagged my items and left them on the counter, and didn’t bother giving me the receipt after it printed. I had to grab it myself. Not sure if my black shirt offended him or what his problem was, but he needs to be retrained ASAP.

Suggested solution:

They need to speak with this employee and get him re-trained SOON.
