My complaint:

I purchased 3 Netspend Gift Cards in the amount of $1,508.85 on 112020 at the Family Dollar Store – One Towne Centre – Danville, IL 61832. The amount was deducted from my Bank Account.

The 3 Netspend Cards COULD NOT BE ACTIVATED; therefore I went back to the Family Dollar Store to ask for a refund. They would not refund my monies.

I called NETSPEND – They informed me that Family Dollar accidently VOIDED your cards and they should give you back the refund.

I have been back and forth to Family Dollar talking with the Store Manager to resolve the problem and as of todate 11221 I have NOT been given a refund.

I have been PATIENT AND FRUSTRATED that this matter has not been resolved.

Suggested solution:

Please send me a check in the amount of $1,508.85 to Lolita Collier - 417 Anderson Street - Danville, IL 61832.

I will return the 3 cards back to Family Dollar or to you based on your response.

Please Help.
