My complaint:
I just had a threatening altercation at one of your stores because of your refusal to require masks. A large man accosted me, proclaiming that I wasn’t studied because he overheard me asking one of your employees about your policy around masks. I will now be reporting your store to the police.

REQUIRE MASKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
