My complaint:
I am a former family Dollar employee which was fired with no warning due to I complained about my wrist hurting , following week I was gone terminated. I have sent emails out to CEO, HR and no one has returned my emails. There is mor going on in that store for example store manager brings in her father to help her unload truck and this gas been going on for a year and 12. I was let go for drinking a soda and forgot to pay then all employees must be let go because they all did the same.
Suggested solution:
I should of been given a warning, left with no job or unemployment.
