My complaint:
I was shopping with my husband when the store manager started staring at my husband we were already about to exit the store when the manager told my husband to leave I soent $63.00 dollars in your store the cashier had already cashed us out so it was completely unnecessary to stare him down as if he wanted to fight we are a bi-racial couple and he didn’t take kindly this his actions were inappropriate towards my husband and I demand that he be fired!… If not I will report this store to the BBB and file a lawsuit for harrassment! Do not make street trash managers to your establishments you need real professionals with college degrees not jail records!… If I do not recive a response to this complaint within ten bussiness days I will persue legal action. Keep in mind that I reside within this neighborhood I shouldn’t feel burdened to shop in your store both me and my family shop in that store the manager should be FIRED!!!!!
Suggested solution:
The manager at 867 needs to be fired for his unprofessional behavior if he has touched my husband to be removed from the store your manager would be in jail! He also mentioned that he hoped he did get fired! A report about this incident will be made with the BBB! If you do not take care or fire the manager within 10 days Im going to sue your proof is in your store security cameras!
