My complaint:

I went by to buy a Lysol spray. I was told there was not any and the person behind me was able to buy one. I called to speak to the manager but the assistant manager helped me. I explained to him what happened and he just said there is no Lysol and said but the person behind me did buy one. He said ok we don’t have any. But he was the one who denied stalling me a Lysol spray. I asked if the other store had any and he told me to stop at that store to ask myself if they had any. That’s terrible customer service. He could of told he does not know and that’s is it.

Suggested solution:

The store manager is good friend with the assistant manager I know nothing would be done there at the store. Now a days stores need good customer service. Some of your stores lack good customer service. I just needed a Lysol spray, but I felt discriminated by your store assistant manager.
