My complaint:
I had purchased a $16 product for my grandchild it’s her birthday today. I was told no cash back out of 2,$10 so which means I had to buy something else for $4 so i didn’t just give my $4. Change to family dollar store. I am on a limited income. Later today after I had went in a friend of a family member that I know went to Family Dollar same one I went to and they gave the him his cash back. I think its unprofessional for a worker to treat customers differently. And I don’t know if I will go back to shop there.
Suggested solution:
Very good question. Maybe speak to the worker that told me that there was no cash back.
