My complaint:
I always have a problem at this store the manager is not a very nice person it’s pretty obvious when she doesn’t like somebody every time I go into the store there’s boxes everywhere I’ve had too many issues to list but this one here I get to the store at 20 minutes to 10 for can of cat food and they’re closed this is typical for this store I don’t know why you have open till 10:00 because they never stay open until 10:00 they always close early especially when this manager is around.

How should they resolve this complaint well they should stay open till the time they're supposed to or they can always fire her it's very simple if you're up until 10:00 you stay open till 10:00 if you want to get out of there early then put down your open till 9:30 I walked all the way over there and got there 20 to 10 and the doors were locked that is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned.
