My complaint:
I was purchasing items at the Family Dollar on Broad Street in Summersville West Virginia and was getting cash back and the cashier didn’t have the right amount of change so the other cashier called for the manager on duty her name tag said her name was Becca when she came to the cashier running register 1 she was very rude and jumped onto the cashier for no reason at all.
Suggested solution:
You need to line the manager Becca out she shouldn't be doing other employees like this that's why people don't stay working at jobs for long because of higher ranking employees doing this kind of stuff trying to make them feel bad,look bad and humiliating them in front of customers, she should have taken the employee in the back somewhere if she did something wrong,not jump on her in front of customers.
