My complaint:
in this store do not care about the safety of others, especially seniors, in referance to covid 19. You can walk into this store and employees are not wearing masks, and there is a redhead that works in there, that wears a mask around her neck, but never uses it. She really has an attitude. A yr. ago i watched an elderly lady, who was having a hard time and she walked clear to the back of the store and asked her for help and she pointed to the front of the store and told her thats where the phones were, she would not even take the time to assist her, very rude, she is such a b tch. I know of many people that are stopping shopping there, because they let people come in there with kids, and none of them wearing masks and they say nothing to them. How are we to stay safe when they do not take it serious? I understand that they have a hard time keeping help but employees like that redhead are useless. She is so cocky and rude, she should be gotten rid of. They are a very rude bunch of women, but i am in the age group that is more susceptible to the virus and they need to follow rules!!!
Suggested solution:
Get a different manager and get rid of that redhead. People need to take this virus seriously, and wear masks! When you go to shop in a store and there has been a bunch of kids running around, touching everything, I for one am afraid to go in there.
