My complaint:

on October 22 I went into the store to purchase a DVD player.I got it home and it didn’t work.I went back today on the 23 and was not able to receive a refund due to the policy.The policy is not out where you can read before you purchase an item.Cause if would have known I wouldn’t have got the DVD player.At the time of purchase the policy was not stated to me so I didn’t know.I fill that Family Dollar does not stand behind their product that they sell.cause I have no DVD player and I don’t have my money.And I feel like I have been taken advantage of.

I was denied a refund I was told there was nothing that could be done.I need someone to contact me A.S.A.P
