My complaint:

Waiting in line. Julie? With the tatoos register went down. She moved the other customers in front of me in my line.When I complained, she got sassy with me. I finally decided to leave. Something was wrong with her behavior. Talking fast, attitude as if she doesn’t care, got arguement with someone else when I had walked in,I think I know what she was on but I’m not going to say it. I went somewhere else.Maybe she should also be a little safer and wear a mask all the time. I talked to a neighbor about it and she said thats why she will not shop there. I went to Indiana. She is losing business. You need to come into the store undercover and see and her her behavior. I use to be a manager at a retail store and that behavior is unacceptable. For your business’s sake, you need to look into it.

Suggested solution:

Surprise drug test . Secretly go into the store and observe. Reprimand her. Its up to you not me. I'll go to another store. Other people in the neighborhood that I talked to won't shop there. There must be a problem, its not just me.

Bad service at the Family Dollar in Belleville Illinois at 314 illinois st. I have filed one before same girl checking us out. Store is a mess nothing on a lot of the shelves. Ask for cat litter very disgusted that she was told to go in the back and get it Why.not stock. The shelves and stay off your phone.Never got a reply before I guess u people just don’t care. Went there only because we were in hurry.
