My complaint:

I believe she’s the assistant manager, the rude one with the blue hair grabbed my son’s backpack out of my hands insisting to look through it telling me I was trespassed from the store (I’m not) telling me that I’m not disabled grabbing my sons arm and screaming that the serries of mini strokes I had a few weeks ago didn’t happen and that I’m not disabled. The whole time I’m in the store she’s right there on the other side of the clothing saying horrible things about me, my son and the store manager who very nice and always professional, scaring my 8 year old and hurting his feelings. She kept demanding to see proof of my medical condition which is none of her business. Where would you like me to send my disability certification letter and attorneys phone number ?

Suggested solution:

Fire her or demoted to another store as an associate. What she did was completely against the law.
