My complaint:

I walked into Family Dollar store number 6368. Manager Bristol discriminated me for stealing which clearly I have my bag of tools I work for MTA as a Computer Support Analyst Level 2 and I had my bag searched infront of everyone which clearly I walked in with the same bag. I never steal because I was never brought up that way. I make about 77K per year I came in there just to look for some Caesar dressing and some snacks and they didnt have neither. As I was walking out I got stop abruptly by her she locked the door and she was loud and disrespectful and searched my whole bag and my shopping bag. Clearly I was innocent and the camera clearly showed me walking with the same bag. Then I left.

She has no business being a manager if she acts like that this is the first time I see anyone do this to me and I will never go back to this or any Family Dollar ever again. I will go to Dollar General or Dollar Tree. This is the last time I ever walk into any family dollar. I don’t care if you have anything what I need I will do without that is how angry I am.

Suggested solution:

You have options

Either a gift card as an apology

Or I am filing a Lawsuit against the company for discrimination
