My complaint:
Everytime I try to get cash back via Point of sale, the associate has to call the manager, no matter what time of day it is they just opened that register and they immediately get a rude attitude with me. Customer Service where the manager is white in a predominantly African-American neighborhood is essential in these times and I’m sick of his attitude and some of the people he has employed presently and when the store first opened.
Suggested solution:
Definitely needs customer service training. It's deplorable.
