My complaint:
At 4 pm today I visited the Family Dollar in Denmark, WI, to load monies onto a PayPal cash card, which I have done many times before, this is a store I visit 5 or 6 times a week.
The cashier was a new employee, so it didn’t surprise me when she needed to call another employee for help, which is understandable. Though the employee who arrived was even more new, a woman named Ali, who proceeded to huff and puff that she needed to help the cashier. I brought up my PayPal cash Family Dollar bar code on my cell phone and waited as she complained, she looked through some key-cards while telling me that she doesn’t think they do that, I showed her the bare code, she scanned it, then scanned her key-card… then said to me nope, I told you it wouldn’t work as she raised the key-card within 6 inch of my face …. all this without masks on either of the employees. I asked is she new what to do and she walked away talking me hiw she was right.
Suggested solution:
She should be let go immediately, I will wait until she no longer works there before going back...and so are my 350 Facebook friends. She will eventually cost this company thousands in loss revenue...I can't imagine how she treats others.
