My complaint:
I live by the store so I go there alot. Numerous times I have been treated rudely by Liz. She treats others rudely also. Once she said do you need a cart? I notice something in your pocket… To which I responded..yes it’s a small container my $ and change is in …I didn’t bring a purse that day and was doing laundry 2 doors down…
I don’t appreciated being treated like a shoplifter. She always acts like customers are her enemies. No hello no smile…very rude. The other clerk’s are all very sweet and helpful.
Suggested solution:
Maybe appreciate it customers Liz. . I work at the most difficult grocery store in this town and I know customers can harden you when there's a lot of crime and shoplifting but don't act like you hate everybody and don't act like it's a bother when they come in your store or that their shoplifting.
