My complaint:
Good Morning. I have been going to location for over four years. This one particular mangar is very rude amd disrespectful. On the morning of December 16, I saw her being rude to another customer. I decided to finally ask her for corporate number she gave me a hard time. I told her its not nice to be to rude to people. I told her she was rude and a horrible person. She said I was a horrible person started yelling at me and told me to get out amd next time I come in she was calling the police. You can ask the other manager about me since I have had many conversations with her and have also complained to her about that manager. I did absolutely nothing wrong and for her to start yelling at me and threatening me is very unprofessional. I would like someone to please reach out to me to resolve this matter. Thank you

I don't thing it's right for an employee to yell at a customer and ban them for calling her rude and a horrible person.
