My complaint:
The manager at this store has been displaying unprofessional behavior towards customers. Her attitude is reportedly rude, and she seems unwilling to assist customers properly. There have been incidents where she has been abrasive, including snatching items from customers’ hands and using inappropriate language.
This behavior has negatively impacted my shopping experience, making me feel uncomfortable and reluctant to return to the store. Many other customers have expressed similar concerns, indicating a preference for shopping elsewhere due to her conduct. Additionally, it’s concerning that she uses social media to post derogatory comments, further reflecting poorly on her professionalism.
It’s important for the store’s management to address this issue, as it’s affecting customer satisfaction and could potentially lead to a loss of clientele. A change in management or retraining might be necessary to ensure a more positive environment for customers.
Suggested solution:
I like it if someone new becomes the manger that know what they doing or I will do like other customers not go back and go to another store cause she is rude.
