My complaint:

Manager was setting in the chair where you fill out an application on screen for job looking at a clip board. I walked up and asked excuse me she never responded. Thinking she didnt hear me I said excuse me again she with a loud tone goes WHAT. I asked if there maybe any runners (rugs) in the back she said in a loud tone NO. So I put everything I was going to buy in a bin and told cashier she was rude. You lost a sale over a lazy, rude manager.

Suggested solution:

She doesnt need to be manager if she is going to treat people like garbage and talk to them that way. She should apologize. Which we know that wont happen. But you need to be more concerned on how are you going to gain me back to buy at your store. Because I bought alot of things there regularly.
