My complaint:
They had a sign out Advertising a con air blow dryer for $13.. The girl that was checking me out told me they didn’t have time the night before to complete the ad..the dry was coming up for 18 dollars the Manager said she couldn’t honour the price but could honour the other blow dryer that was 11 dollars what sense does that make to pay more.. then the Manager try to act like she lost the $13 tag because I want to take a picture of it..and I told her she had the tag then she found it in her Pocket..I did take pictures to show i was not wrong she was nasty about it when I told her I was goin to call in and walked off….
Suggested solution:
The price should be honoured as advertised.. maybe a holiday gift card for the aggravation that store is going down hill with The staff being rude..
