My complaint:
On 11420 I purchased a heater fan from this location. The heater fan does not work properly and seems to have a short in it. I looked @ the receipt to see the return policy there is not one on the receipt. I go on to put the heater back in the original box saw a little small tag that was taped on it with the heater return policy. When I purchased the heater, I was not made aware of the small little tag on
the outside with the policy. If I had been told, I DEFINITELY would not have purchased it because it could be a problem You don’t know about until You attempt to use it. Honestly, I would have purchased it @ Walmart, Target or elsewhere that doesn’t have such an outrageous return policy. When I’m spending My hard earned money on a product that does not work properly, I would expect to be recouped the money I spent return the product if in a in a timely matter. The staff was adamant They were not going to help was very dismissive to Me being a customer that does not know the return policy.
Suggested solution:
With a different return policy than most stores I have Ever shopped in, the customers should be made aware of the strick return policy on the items. I would have made a decision on the spot as weather to spend My money with Your establishment or go elsewhere. As well as, I work in retail Myself We are taught to make return policies visible make sure customers are made aware when they purchase certain more expensive products. I would like to be REFUNDED My full amount I paid for the heater think it's simple Customer Service to please a Good Customer with hope They will shop with You again in the future. Good Customer Service goes a long way.
