My complaint:
On November 4th 2021 between 7:00pm 7:30pm I was trying to make a purchase of a item due to the fact the item of the price wasn’t the same as it was purchased approximately an hour before I was basically told why in the rudest way ever , I understand the employee couldn’t honor the price but she was so rude to me and left me talking while she was walking away . She is very rude and should not work In customer service. I asked her for the manager phone number and from my understanding I don’t even think it is the manager phone number because when I called the person that supposed to be the manager Brenda sounded just like the rude employee I just spoke to in store .
Suggested solution:
They can resolve the issue by not having her as a employee any more she is always rude and makes a very uncomfortable environment to shop in Unfortunately due to the small town I reside im limited to shopping resources or I would definitely go to another store to shop.
