My complaint:
I returned to exchange a product that states return within 30 days if not 100% satisfied. I brought the product on 92521 and attempted to exchange it on 92521 @ 9:47am but was rudely and dismissively told by Trish that she cannot exchange or provide a refund after reviewing my receipt. Although the receipt states a refund or exchange can be given at any Family Dollar store.
Suggested solution:
The associate should have this complaint filed in her record for others that may have the same issue. There will be a history of the behavior.
