My complaint:
I purchased batteries and the price on the sign was 2.50 however when it was rung at the cash register the price different by 50 cents, I asked the cashier why do you have one price on your merchandise and the register rings a different price, she did not have an answer, she said that she could not take the over charge off and that she could only take away the product. This very concerning to charged more than the advertising price. Times are hard enough without being overcharged for merchandise.
Suggested solution:
refund the overcharged amount or be able to make the correction at the cash register.
