My complaint:
There are no Black hair products at this particular family dollar location. The store associate explained that the absence of the Black hair products was due to the inventory being based on a population census. The store associate called and inquired on this issue for customers. There is demand for the supply of Black hair products. The Black community should not have to travel further to another store location to purchase Black hair products.
Suggested solution:
The issue of there not being Black hair products in the store can be resolved by the Family Dollar branch having approval to place Black hair product inventory within this store location.
