My complaint:
I walked in the store the last two times , this last time was the end of Family Dollar for me!
The overall condition of the store is extremely filthy! , cardboard strips and pieces all over the floor, the floor is nasty dirty, the shelves are very dusty and dirty, product items are mixed up and strewn all over the shelves as well,the isles are blocked with product on carts!
Suggested solution:
YOU should stop concentrating on just profit!!!
It is YOUR! responsibility to keep the store clean for the CUSTOMERS!
Your DM should be making rounds to every store, this would never happen if i owned this business, in fact i would put you out of business on presenting a clean place to shop alone!
I have also called twice with NO response of a return call or email!!
This shows all your concerned about is PROFIT!
