My complaint:
Everytime me and or my wife go into this store there is either unopened items in the isles . Not to mention lazy employees that seem to take more cigarette brakes than necessary .Shelves are always either messy and out of stock; as a matter of fact we have been trying to find toilet bowl cleaner; this goes to prove that they dont know how to to order stock.
2 or 3 days ago my wife almost fell backwards over this crap in the isle.
I really think you should take care of these problems.
Suggested solution:
Hire a competent manager and competent employees as well; Make sure they know how to stock and and put items on the shelves and not in the isles. Keep them off they're cell phones during work unless its an emergency not to be so rude.
OMG I guess Family Dollar has the same problems at all of their stores. Something deperately need to be done.
