Non- of the empoylees greeting customers
Lack of help! Awhile checking out this lady( sorry didn’t get her name but was told that she is the manager for that store) but she didn’t greed us, had no eye conact was rude she begain scaning our stuff and roughly throwing in bags she was mumbles words, I ask her not to throw my stuff like that but she ignored me, she was very unprofessional if she is the manager. This has happen before, it has to stop her from treating people like this now I want to report her in for this I can only give the discription of her she med size, light brown hair kinda of curley, wears glasses, and i believe she’s from the Zuni tribe I’ve heard her talking in that language before, I had ask other local people if they expercied this with her some anknowlage it she’s has been rude to customers.
Suggested solution:
Get her fired, r maybe retrain her for customer service.
