My complaint:

We are in the middle of a pandemic, are we not? Hundreds of thousands of people have DIED, and whether you are a believe or not, whether your family member has perished from COVID-19, or not, why wouldn’t you work harder to make sure your staff is following proper mask procedure?

I visited this particular store twice today, and once last week, but we’ll just focus on today. BOTH times your associates had their masks under their noses. BOTH times there were customers in the store with no mask. The second time, as I adjusted my toddler’s mask, the couple in front of me remarked about the fake illness, and your cashier, with her mask below her nose, made no effort to tell them to put on a mask, or leave.

Yes, I am aware this particular store is not in the best part of town, but policies should be in effect in the best interest of ALL customers, not just those in nicer areas.

Suggested solution:

Management should be trained to care, or informed to implement policies they don't necessarily agree with. If not, they should not be trusted managers.
